Classroom Aide, HS Duration (Sept - May)

The aide will collaborate with classroom staff to foster a learning environment responsive to child development and cultural backgrounds, while also supporting the planning and implementation of curriculum and individualized education services. Key duties include active supervision of children to maintain required ratios and immediate response to safety issues, alongside supporting the teacher with lesson plans and child observations.

Applicants must be at least 18 years old and possess a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent, along with successfully passing applicable background checks and oregon central background registry checks prior to hire. Required certifications include oregon registry step certificate, first aid/Cpr, oregon food handler card, and compliance with all state licensing requirements for classroom staff.
