Preschool Promise Specialist

The specialist will champion high-Quality early learning by mentoring and supporting preschool promise programs through personalized coaching and collaboration with educators. Duties include delivering one-On-One consultation, conducting observations, and assisting educators with professional development plans and quality improvement initiatives.

Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in early childhood education or a related field, or the ability to achieve step 10 on the oregon registry within 12 months. A minimum of two years of experience in an early learning program as a supervisor, coach, or instructional leader is required, along with reliable transportation and enrollment in the oregon central background registry.
