Clinical Nurse Educator III

This role coordinates and performs educational activities to promote the competency and development of nursing staff through orientation, competency validation, in-Service, and continuing education programs. The educator assesses, plans, develops, implements, and evaluates nursing educational programs based on healthcare demands, trends, and compliance requirements.

Candidates must be graduates of an accredited school of nursing and hold an active california rn license or cns certification, along with current bls and acls certifications. A minimum of five years of recent relevant experience is required, along with broad clinical nursing knowledge and proficiency in adult teaching theories and various software applications.
