Program Facilitator - Psych Ed

The program facilitator plans, conducts, and facilitates workshops and group activities following a standard curriculum, while establishing and encouraging standards of behavior for inmates/Residents to foster a learning environment. This role also involves coordinating administrative information, maintaining confidentiality, evaluating participant progress, and preparing required operational records and reports.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged equivalent, along with a minimum of sixty (60) college credit hours, for which no substitution is allowed. A mandatory requirement is two years of experience facilitating and delivering behavioral programs, specifically including psychological education.
