Work Program Facilitator

The work program facilitator plans and provides instructional services to help inmates/Residents develop basic skills for successful community re-Entry, including assisting in job placement identification and scheduling work programs. This role involves conducting classes, instructing inmates on proper procedures through lecture and demonstration, assigning activities, evaluating progress, and maintaining necessary reports.

A high school diploma, ged certification, or equivalent is required for this position, though an associate's degree from an accredited college is preferred. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license and be at least 18 years old, with previous experience in skills training or instruction delivery being preferred.
