Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)/Behavior Technician

The role involves providing applied behavior analysis (Aba) therapy to children under the supervision of a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba), which includes following intervention plans and collecting session data. Technicians will support skill development, promote positive behavior, and share progress updates with the clinical team.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma and be at least 18 years old, along with having reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Interest in behavioral health is necessary, and willingness to complete registered behavior technician (Rbt) certification is required if not already certified.
