Residential Advisor, Substitute

The residential advisor monitors students living in residential floors to ensure adherence to the center's rules and regulations while fostering an atmosphere conducive to character development. Responsibilities also include providing prompt assistance during injuries, illnesses, or emotional distress, and documenting student activities and incidents.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and have one year of experience working with youth. Essential qualifications include excellent written and verbal communication skills and a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
