High Ropes Facilitator - Camp North Homes

The facilitator will lead and supervise activities on high and low ropes courses, ensuring participant safety while fostering teamwork, communication, and problem-Solving skills. Key duties include managing course operations, maintaining equipment, and completing necessary safety paperwork and incident reports.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a valid minnesota driver's license and must obtain ropes course facilitation certification, along with cpr/First aid certification. Previous experience in ropes course facilitation or outdoor programming is strongly preferred.
