Summer Program Aide - Nashwauk, MN

The aide will support youth by building positive relationships, supervising activities and field trips to ensure safety and engagement, and assisting in implementing personalized mental health plans. Responsibilities also include maintaining a safe and clean environment and communicating clearly with team members and supervisors.

Applicants must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid minnesota driver's license, demonstrating a non-Judgmental and respectful attitude toward all backgrounds. Prior experience working with youth or leading recreational activities, or an interest in mental health, is considered a bonus.
