Camp Aide - Camp North Homes

Camp aides are responsible for ensuring the safety and well-Being of youth by following policies, communicating guidelines, and supporting the implementation of behavior plans under professional guidance. They also assist youth in practicing and mastering social and behavioral skills to foster emotional growth and independence.

Candidates must be passionate about working with youth in an outdoor setting, possess strong communication skills, and be able to maintain a positive, structured environment. Applicants must be at least 16 years old, have a valid minnesota driver's license, and demonstrate non-Judgmental attitudes toward clients.
