Camp Assistant - Camp North Homes

Camp assistants will support daily camp operations by managing logistics such as food transport, maintaining water stations, and serving as a runner for supplies and materials throughout the day. They will also assist with program activities, provide support for younger campers, and ensure safety through supervision and equipment checks.

Candidates must be at least 16 years old, possess a valid minnesota driver's license, and demonstrate strong organizational, problem-Solving, and communication skills while being comfortable working outdoors in varying conditions. Experience in youth development, outdoor programming, or a similar camp setting is preferred, along with the ability to follow safety protocols.
