BCBA - Board Certified Behavior Analys- In clinic/Hybrid

The role involves delivering high-Quality, evidence-Based aba services to children aged 2–18, managing a caseload of up to 10 clients while completing 28 billable hours weekly. Responsibilities also include supervising and developing up to five registered behavior technicians (Rbts), conducting assessments, writing treatment plans, and ensuring compliance with all guidelines.

Candidates must possess active bcba certification from the bacb and state licensure where required, with prior aba experience being beneficial, especially for new bcbas. Strong communication skills and a commitment to ethical, client-Centered aba within a team environment are essential.
