Clinical Therapist

The clinical therapist will provide direct clinical services including diagnostic assessment, individual, family, and group therapy, collateral intervention, and crisis intervention to patients, both in the office and at schools. Responsibilities also include completing clinical and administrative documentation in compliance with policies and participating in required meetings, training, and supervision.

Applicants must possess a master's degree in counseling or social work and be licensed in arkansas as an lmsw, lcsw, lac, or lpc; new graduates are welcome if they have a provisional license upon application and can obtain full licensure by the start date. Qualifications require meeting clinical productivity expectations and maintaining professional licensure through continuing education and supervision.
