Behavior Technician

The behavior technician will teach and nurture behavioral, social, communication, and daily living skills to children with autism in a 1:1 setting at the learning center, following treatment plans developed by bcbas. Responsibilities also include accurately recording progress in the data collection system, assisting with breaks and hygiene, and building positive relationships with families.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation, possessing consistent monday through friday availability, though part-Time shifts are offered. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and obtaining rbt/Cbt certification within 60 days of employment is mandatory, with support provided.
