Core responsibilities
The registered behavior technician will deliver 1
1 direct aba treatment to clients to increase skills and decrease problem behaviors, working closely with the supervising bcba to ensure high-Quality service delivery. Responsibilities also include supporting parent training and collecting data to monitor client progress.
Requirements summary
Candidates should possess a registered behavior technician (Rbt) certification, preferably with 1-2 years of experience working with children and at least 1 year of aba experience. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, strong communication skills, and the ability to pass a background check are mandatory.
