School-Based Mental Health Clinician | Autism & Neurodevelopmental Disorders

The clinician will deliver individual tele-Therapy sessions to k-12 students in virginia, focusing on specialized support for children with autism and other neurodevelopmental disorders regarding anxiety, emotional regulation, and social challenges. Key duties also involve coordinating care with school staff and families, and completing all required clinical documentation within 48 hours.

Candidates must be licensed in virginia as an lpc, lcsw, lmft, or equivalent, and possess a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience working with children or adolescents, with demonstrated experience supporting autistic youth or those with neurodevelopmental disorders. Strong skills in neurodiversity-Affirming practice, time management, and virtual professionalism are essential.
