Core responsibilities
The therapeutic training and support worker implements the clinician’s treatment plan by working with clients and their families/Caregivers to achieve in-Home therapy goals. This role focuses on treating behavioral needs and enhancing the family's ability to support the client's successful functioning at home and in the community.
Requirements summary
Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in a human services field and have experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-Emotional disorders or autism spectrum disorder (Asd). A valid driver's license with reliable access to a car is also required.
