Community Based Support Professional - Santa Barbara

Support participants in community engagement activities such as volunteering, attending events, and exploring their surroundings while encouraging and modeling independent living skills. Assist participants in achieving their goals through person-Centered planning and promote physical activity and meaningful engagement.

The ideal candidate must be compassionate with a people-Oriented mindset, possess a valid driver’s license, and have reliable transportation. Responsibility for assisting in goal progress tracking is also required, though cpr/First aid certification training will be provided if needed.
