Core responsibilities
Provide onsite one-On-One and group aba therapy using evidence-Based methodologies, including trauma-Informed care, and implement behavioral support strategies specified in the behavior plan. Responsibilities also include assisting with crisis de-Escalation, completing daily session notes, participating in team meetings, and collecting daily progress data.
Requirements summary
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged and successfully complete a 40-Hour behavioral technician training, along with holding a valid driver's license with a satisfactory record. The role requires the ability to implement behavior plans independently, exercise good judgment during crises, and perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 30 pounds.
