The Speech-Language Pathologist will provide direct services to students with speech and language goals in their IEPs and consult with general education teachers. They will also evaluate students entering special education and complete required special education paperwork.
Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and a valid Professional Pupil Services License from the State Board of Education in Ohio. At least two years of successful SLP experience in an urban school is preferred.

Position Description The Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) role provides an opportunity for a talented educator to work with students with speech and language needs. The SLP will provide direct services to students with speech and language goals in their Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) across four United campuses. They will also consult with general education teachers, evaluate students who may be entering special education, serve on the IEP team for students with speech and language goals, and complete required special education paperwork such as progress reports. This position is integral in ensuring that all students have access to high-quality educational experiences.
