Youth Specialist: Evening & Overnight Premium Pay

The youth specialist is responsible for ensuring the safety, supervision, and development of youth in residential care by maintaining a structured and therapeutic environment. This includes guiding daily activities, implementing treatment plans consistently, and accurately completing all required shift documentation.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or g.e.d. And demonstrate strong character, including the ability to remain calm during crises and apply non-Violent crisis intervention (Cpi) techniques. Additional requirements include obtaining cpr/First aid certification and possessing or obtaining a valid michigan driver’s and chauffeur’s license.
