Mental Health Therapist

Therapists will manage a small caseload of approximately six clients, providing individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-Based modalities like dbt and tf-Cbt. Responsibilities also include collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, maintaining compliant documentation, and guiding clients through successful discharge and aftercare planning.

A master's degree in a behavioral health discipline is required, with full licensure (Lcsw, lmft, lcmhc) being preferred over associate-Level credentials. Candidates should ideally have 1-2 years of experience in residential or youth treatment and must be able to pass a state background check.
