Behavioral Health Technician

Technicians will provide support to adolescents (Ages 12-17) by guiding them through experiential therapies and daily activities while ensuring safety through de-Escalation techniques when necessary. Key duties include serving as a positive role model, communicating observations to the program director, and documenting client progress notes daily.

Applicants must be 21 years of age or older and possess a high school diploma or ged; an associate's or bachelor's degree in human services or related fields, or two years of human services experience, is required. A minimum of one year of experience working with adolescent populations is preferred.
