Job Coach (Mon - Fri: 3 pm - 8 pm)

The job coach will provide essential support including skill training, personal care, supervision, and ongoing job coaching to empower individuals with intellectual and behavioral challenges. Responsibilities also involve maintaining required data, administering medications, implementing behavior plans, and serving as an agency representative when coordinating with external parties.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged and are preferred to have experience in disability services, although training is provided for those without it. A valid u.s. Driver's license is mandatory, along with meeting specific driving record requirements, and the physical ability to lift, push, or pull over 50 lbs.
