School Counselor - High School

The school counselor designs and implements a comprehensive school counseling program using district data, focusing on academic, career, and personal/Social development for all students. Responsibilities include delivering standards-Based curriculum, coordinating transition planning, providing short-Term counseling interventions, and supporting equity initiatives.

Candidates must possess a professional degree from an accredited college and preferably hold ma dese school adjustment counseling licensure. Required abilities include effective written and oral communication, active listening, organizational skills, and experience working effectively with staff, students, families, and community organizations.
