Lower School / Middle School Counselor

The counselor supports the health and well-Being of lower and middle school students through individual and group counseling, and co-Leads the social-Emotional learning program using classroom-Based models. Responsibilities also include providing consultation to teachers, developing sel curriculum, and managing crisis intervention and outside referrals.

Candidates must possess an advanced degree in a relevant field such as counseling, psychology, or social work, along with 3-5 years of preferred counseling experience in a school setting. Deep knowledge of counseling across middle school developmental stages and a strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion are also required.
