Lower School Associate Teacher

The associate teacher will commit to a two-Year apprenticeship program, collaborating with the lead teacher on instructional planning, implementation, and assessment while providing academic, social, and emotional support to students. Responsibilities also include assisting with clerical tasks, preparing classroom materials, attending required school events, and engaging in professional development.

Candidates must be enrolled in an accredited early childhood or elementary education masters degree program by august 2026, as the role is designed for graduate students pursuing this degree. Desired qualifications include sensitivity to diverse backgrounds and experience working with children in capacities such as teaching, tutoring, or coaching.
