Upper School Counselor

The upper school counselor provides individual and group counseling support, crisis intervention, and consultation services to students, collaborating closely with various school departments and external therapists. Key duties include supporting student well-Being, promoting ethical and social-Emotional growth, and designing health-Related educational assemblies.

Candidates must possess a master's degree in a related field (Doctorate preferred) and a minimum of five years of experience leading student support or counseling services, preferably within a school setting. Desired qualifications include new york state licenses, strong leadership, sensitivity to diverse backgrounds, and a commitment to continuous professional learning.
