Residential Advisor- Second and Third Shift

The primary role involves providing paraprofessional support and supervision to students in a dormitory setting to ensure an orderly, safe, and secure environment, including managing living conditions and assisting students with personal issues. Responsibilities also include maintaining communication with staff, attending training, directing dormitory programs, and ensuring compliance with all center policies and guidelines.

Candidates must possess proficiency in microsoft office applications and basic computer literacy, along with strong interpersonal and communication skills necessary for guiding and supporting students. A minimum of one year of experience working with youth or related training is required, though an associate's degree in a human services field is preferred.
