Academic Instructor- Reading

The instructor prescribes individual and group lessons to help students overcome difficulties in subjects like reading and mathematics, while also providing instruction in various other academic and vocational areas. This role involves managing the classroom environment to ensure maximum student motivation and discipline, coordinating curriculum, and maintaining detailed student records.

Candidates must possess strong knowledge of the subject area and academic teaching practices, along with high levels of communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills to effectively motivate and educate students. A bachelor's degree in education or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required, along with a minimum of one to two years of related experience.
