PTHS Family Service Coordinator

The family service coordinator is responsible for engaging families to partner in promoting children's healthy development and school readiness, providing targeted support to vulnerable families and those with special needs. This role involves facilitating family engagement strategies, supporting families in meeting self-Identified goals for self-Sufficiency, and fostering a sense of community among participants.

Preferred primary qualifications include an associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field, or a high school diploma with three years of relevant experience and a family development certificate. Candidates should possess knowledge of head start performance standards, experience working with parents of young children, and proficiency in computer applications.
