PTHS Family Service Coordinator

The family service coordinator engages families to partner in promoting children's healthy development and school readiness, providing targeted support to vulnerable families and those with special needs. This role involves implementing family engagement strategies, supporting families in meeting self-Identified goals for self-Sufficiency, and fostering a sense of community among participants.

Preferred primary qualifications include an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in social work, human services, or a related field, or a high school diploma with three years of relevant experience and a family development certificate. Candidates must possess strong computer literacy, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently while managing diverse family needs and maintaining accurate records.
