Job Description

  • Autism Center of Excellence is expanding into the Charlotte, NC market, and we are looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to help us build something meaningful from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity for a BCBA who enjoys autonomy, flexibility, and being part of the early growth of a new region while still having the support of an established organization behind them. Our long-term vision includes opening a clinic in the South Concord, NC area. We are beginning by providing in-home ABA services to establish relationships with families and build services within the community before transitioning into clinic expansion.   • Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide clinical oversight for ABA services
  • Collaborate closely with families and caregivers
  • Support onboarding and mentorship of future RBT team members as the market grows
  • Maintain timely and compliant clinical documentation
  • Partner with operational leadership to support successful regional growth
  • Help establish a positive and collaborative clinical culture in the market Schedule: This is a part-time position offering flexibility based on client needs and market growth. Services will initially focus heavily on in-home support within the Charlotte / Concord market as the region continues to expand.

Requirements

  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing
  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Must be eligible to practice in North Carolina
  • Prior ABA clinical experience required
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills preferred
  • Comfortable working in a growing and evolving environment
  • Passion for helping children with autism and their families
