Key duties include engaging youth and families, maintaining resident safety, providing direct support services, and executing required documentation and emergency response protocols.

A high school diploma or ged is required for this role, along with the ability to demonstrate strong emotional competence, judgment, and ethical conduct in building professional relationships. Candidates must also be able to meet physical demands, including variable scheduling, and potentially utilize physical restraints when necessary.
