Middle School English Interventionist

The intervention teacher is responsible for delivering high-Quality academic intervention in synchronous and asynchronous environments to at-Risk middle school students to reduce academic performance disparities on state assessments in math and reading. Essential functions include delivering live instruction, attending collaborative sessions, analyzing assessment data to create instructional plans, and maintaining detailed student progress documentation.

Minimum qualifications require a bachelor's degree and two years of relevant experience, along with an arkansas department of education middle school english teaching certification. Candidates must possess strong organizational skills, the ability to work independently for 40+ hours per week in a professional home office, and proficiency in microsoft office suite.
