Training and Development Specialist

This role involves owning the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of organizational training and staff development programs, including assessing needs and developing various types of training content for professional and non-Professional staff. The specialist will also administer the learning management system (Lms), maintain documentation, and evaluate training effectiveness to ensure compliance and performance improvement.

Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in a related field and three to five years of experience designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs, preferably in a regulated environment. Required competencies include knowledge of adult learning principles, proficiency with an lms, strong facilitation skills, and holding or obtaining cpr certification.
