Grade 2 Teacher

The grade 2 teacher is responsible for instructing literacy, math, and social studies to a homeroom of up to 18 students while fostering a warm, supportive classroom climate emphasizing social-Emotional development. This role requires engaging with parents as partners and collaborating closely with the grade-Level teaching partner to ensure a consistent and cohesive educational experience.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in education or equivalent, with a master's degree preferred, and a minimum of three years of classroom teaching experience. Desirable qualifications include training in the imse literacy program and expertise in the science of reading.
