Behavior Technician (RBT)

The evening behavior technician implements individualized aba therapy treatment plans consistently while working closely with children and their families outside of traditional daytime hours. This role involves collaborating with the bcba supervisor to ensure treatment plans are dynamic and effective for the child's growth.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and either hold rbt certification or be eligible to obtain it with organizational support. Preferred experience includes 1+ years in a related field, along with the ability to work reliably in both home and clinic settings.
