Workforce Recruitment and Retention Navigator

The navigator will actively recruit young participants, assess their needs, and develop academic and employment plans, focusing on securing higher-Level positions and new opportunities for youth over 16. Key duties include providing workforce readiness training, building employer partnerships, and conducting post-Placement follow-Up to ensure job retention.

A bachelor's degree in human services or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required, along with knowledge of youth development theories and community resources. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license and demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
