Behavioral Intervention Specialist

The specialist administers, coordinates, and oversees the on-Site program, working closely with school administrators to ensure services meet identified needs and attending necessary support service meetings. Key duties include delivering a restorative-Based system, managing data collection and evaluation, providing monthly reports, and coordinating prevention education services.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in human services or a related field along with 1-3 years of related experience, although a master's degree is preferred. Required knowledge includes child and adolescent development principles, risk reduction, protective factors, and strong crisis and behavior management techniques.
