Social Learning Specialist - Recreational Center Program

The specialist will administer, coordinate, and oversee programs within the recreational center, focusing on delivering prevention education, social/Emotional support, and immediate crisis response services. Key duties include developing and delivering best-Practice services, managing data collection, program evaluation, and providing monthly reports to the assistant director of prevention education.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in human services or a related field, coupled with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Essential competencies include skills in crisis management, behavior management techniques, knowledge of child and adolescent development principles, and familiarity with community resources.
