Direct Support Professional II

The role involves assisting individuals with daily living, promoting community connections, and supporting them in achieving personal goals, while also taking on leadership duties such as training and supervising other direct support staff. Responsibilities include implementing individual support plans, administering medications, and fostering relationships with families and the community.

Candidates must be 18 years or older and possess a high school diploma, ged, or hiset, with 1-3 years of related experience preferred. A valid driver's license, good driving record, and required cpr/First aid and map certifications are mandatory, though paid training is provided if necessary.
