After School Program Staff - Beverly YMCA

Staff will engage with elementary-Aged children by facilitating fun and enriching activities while supporting their growth and development in a safe and welcoming environment. The role requires being a supportive team member dedicated to upholding the values of caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility.

Applicants must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or equivalent to meet massachusetts group leader requirements. Consistent afternoon availability monday through friday from 1:30 pm to 6:00 pm is required, with a preference for five days per week.
