Mcpherson Youth Center Staff - Beverly YMCA

Staff will support and supervise youth in a fun, welcoming environment while building positive relationships and encouraging skill development. This includes modeling leadership, communication, and respectful behavior for the teens.

Applicants must be 21 years of age or older and possess a high school diploma or equivalent; some college or a degree related to youth development is preferred. Required experience includes working with teens or in youth programs, along with strong judgment for responding appropriately to teen behaviors.
