Group Facilitator

The group facilitator is responsible for building positive relationships with clients and leading structured groups ranging from 3 to 20 participants. This role involves providing psycho-Educational content and meticulously documenting individualized notes in the electronic medical record system within 24 hours of service.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and successfully pass a pre-Employment drug screening to qualify for this position. The role requires the ability to maintain agency standards for group flow, structure, and creativity while holding clients accountable to established rules.
