Referees are responsible for maintaining a safe, fair, and fun game environment for youth athletes while coaching them on rules and sportsmanship. This includes managing game clocks, keeping scores, and making confident calls during the game.

Candidates must be reliable leaders who are punctual and professional, possessing knowledge of football, and excellent communication skills to interact respectfully with players, coaches, and parents. Applicants must pass a national criminal background check and be available to work all seven saturdays of the season.
