Core responsibilities
This role involves directly working with participants to develop and maintain workforce opportunities aligned with their strengths and goals, acting as a crucial link between participants and the local community to ensure positive outcomes. Essential duties include recruiting participants and employers, facilitating job placement and transition support, and maintaining detailed individual service plans and documentation.
Requirements summary
Candidates must possess an associate's degree or equivalent, along with two years of relevant experience, preferably in workforce development training or job placement, and experience working with youth is a plus. Required competencies include intermediate proficiency in microsoft office, adaptability to new technologies, strong organizational and problem-Solving skills, and excellent communication abilities across diverse audiences.
