Behavior technicians are responsible for providing direct 1

1 services by implementing applied behavior analysis principles, including skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs written by the bcba. This also involves collecting and graphing data using an online system and completing requirements to become a registered behavior technician.

Candidates must have experience working with children, especially those with special needs or developmental disabilities, and possess an understanding of autism spectrum disorders. Strong communication skills, patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to positively impact children's lives are essential qualifications.
