Full-Time Mentor - Adult Day Services - M-F Days

Mentors empower people with disabilities to gain social and daily living skills and actively participate in their communities by assisting with assessments, planning, and implementing individual service plans. Responsibilities also include providing personal care support, supervising individuals, and training them in communication tools and adaptive equipment.

Candidates must demonstrate active listening, patience, and empathy, along with the ability to be creative, flexible, and organized while following instructions and maintaining positive working relationships. Essential physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively, stand for extended periods, and pass background checks and medical examinations.
