Full-Time Mentor - Adult Day Services - M-F Days

This role supports the delivery of person-Centered adult day services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, assisting them with planning activities and achieving goals that foster independence. Essential functions include providing emotional support, supervision, personal care, and maintaining required documentation related to individual service plans (Isp).

A high school diploma is required, though 2-4 years of related experience is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education, experience, and training. Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively, handle physical tasks like walking and pushing wheelchairs, and pass background checks and medical examinations.
